Risk Transfer and Testing Thresholds

Title and risk transfer occurs immediately upon certified tanker seal verification at the Surat weighbridge facility. Tolerance limits for moisture, impurities, and free fatty acids are strictly enforced as specified in individual batch certificates issued prior to dispatch. Any quality disputes must be formally lodged within 72 hours of tanker offloading alongside accredited laboratory sample analysis.

Standard settlement schedules apply to all master supply agreements under the exclusive judicial authority of Surat, Gujarat. Demurrage charges for bulk transport tankers exceeding permitted loading or unloading windows are billed in accordance with prevailing regional industrial logistics tariffs.
